Great!! Happy with mud water and my new daily routine

I have used mud water for over a month, I can feel the difference!! I am more focused and energetic. I used to have 3-4 cups of tea a day and now I only have 1-2. It tastes good. I mix my collegen , colostrum, manuka honey and MTC powder. It starts my day off and I am less hungry. Very happy with mud water and my new daily routine!!

Good flavor, doesn’t dissolve

I really enjoy the flavor-it has very pleasant chai tea overtones. I don’t feel the need to add much sweetener or dairy. Mud/wtr does not dissolve, but, rather is a suspension of spices and mushroom powders that quickly settle out leaving all the healthy substances in the bottom of your cup. I compensate my mixing in a small thermos and pouring out a half cup at a time. I will probably continue to purchase because I do like the flavor. Just wish there was less sludge. The frother was a nice perk.
