Delicious

I am not at all new to tea or matcha but I am new to the world of high quality matcha. I am so happy with this matcha powder as my first ceremonial grade. Hot whisking brought out a nice smooth classic green tea flavor to the matcha and cold whisking left me with a nice gentle natural sweetness. It’s a delightful matcha that I love to enjoy plain by itself. The perfect beginner ceremonial grade matcha for me.

Very smooth and rich

I loved the Horai matcha. I drank it every morning after I got it. The taste was very smooth and rich even as a latte. I would definitely purchase this again but most likely a larger amount bc the only downside is that it was gone in 1 week 😅

Mixed the Matcha with cold water and mixed it with blender. Tastes like green tea but sweeter.
