Shipping error 2x

I originally ordered two round and two flat J hooks with appropriate hex nuts. I received the hooks but no hex nuts. I notified the company and they said they send the nuts out asap. I received a hex nut for the flat hook but not the other nuts needed. Interesting that both times there was a mistake in the shipping department…

Very little to say about the hex nuts but the parts department goes way beyond what is expected to take care of customers who have questions and problems. Support Deering Banjo becuase it is a great company to deal with.

Spare hooks and nuts
