Completely unsatisfied with their customer service. I barely get responses back after only receiving a partial refund on my order. Their return policy states “items must be in its original packaging and have all original tags attached. Bedding returned out of original packaging will be charged a $10 restocking fee.” I made sure to fold up the products neatly in the original packaging WTH tags still attached and I was still charged a $20 restocking fee ($10 on two items) because “the items required repackaging.” This doesn’t line up with their policy on their website and they won’t email me back. Extremely disappointed.
