Delivery was seamless – it arrived much quicker than I anticipated, with clear updates every step of the way. The delivery team were friendly, careful getting it into our home, and even checked we were happy before leaving – couldn’t fault the service at all. Putting it together was so straightforward too. The instructions were clear, well laid out and easy to follow, with every part labelled perfectly. I built most of it on my own in well under an hour, no confusing steps or missing fixings – such a relief compared to other furniture I’ve put together before! The ottoman storage is absolute game-changer. It opens with just a light pull, the mechanism is smooth and steady, and it stays securely in place so there’s no risk of it slipping. It’s given us so much extra space for bedding, pillows and spare clothes – exactly what we needed, and so easy to access whenever we want. And the comfort! The frame feels really sturdy and solid, no creaks or wobbles at all, and the slatted base supports our mattress perfectly. We’ve slept like logs since we got it – it feels so spacious and supportive, and the ivory finish looks elegant and fits perfectly with our bedroom decor.
