Large tow box and tight in the calf but they have been extremely comfortable. Walked about 20 miles in them during the initial break in period and had very little issue.

If you are looking for a Doc Marten alternative, these boots are well made and easily broken in. The leather and workmanship are a definite improvement over Dr. Marten boots. Solovair (NPS) were the original Doc Marten manufacturers and that original quality has not changed, while current Docs are pretty much trash now that they are made in Asia.
