Exactly what we needed
We've had our primo dispenser for about 6 years and love it. Were advised to descale the unit periodically. But not informed to replace the SmartFlo cartridge at service intervals. The unit started getting really loud with use and started leaking, slowly. Thankfully this part is readily available, very simple, and easy, to replace. No more leaks! Dispensing water is very quiet, again. Works like it did when brand new! Thw fact that the dispenser is serviceable and repairable is very big for me. I'm a huge advocate for right to repair.
