Underestimated

The pillow is very hard and has very little comfort

Stiff

I was disappointed in the pillow . I had assumed it would be softer and I could sink into it for memory sake, I was wrong. I found it too stiff and too thick for my enjoyment. Those of you who prefer a firm pillow will be delighted with it: those who don’t should steer clear.

Oops

Tried to buy a second CPAP pillow just like the one I bought recently. Received the wrong one. Lofta said they won’t swap it for the correct one, offering a 20% coupon instead. Kinda lame. I thought I was a regular customer.
