EXCELLENT

Typically I don't have much trouble falling asleep, but I tend to wake up often throughout the night and and sometimes restless. This formula helps keep my asleep for a full night's rest, I finally feel rested when I wake up! I highly recommend all Love Wellness products but sleeping beauty in particular, has shown immediate and noticeable results. It's very gentle, I take it an hour before bed and do not get groggy or sleepy until I lay down. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it!

I liked this product. It definitely felt different from taking regular melatonin. The effects were slower and gave a more natural effect when compared to regular melatonin. I only ever really feel the need to take one but take two when I need it and they both work just the same.
