The instructions were clear, which made it easy to use and a simple set-up. It also gave a lot of good information on my sleep and how my sleep apnea affected the quality.

Easy to use

Ordered the sleep study and it arrived in the mail a few days later. It took about 10 minutes to set up, and I had a sleep apnea diagnosis less than 8 hours later. Highly recommend.

Worked for me!

The home sleep test worked well for me. It was easier to use and more comfortable than the previous home sleep test I did. The app was simple to follow and led me through each step. My index finger did get a small pressure blister as others mentioned but it wasn’t horrible and went away the following day. I would note it more as discomfort than pain.
