I like the multivitamin because it's whole food, which is excellent, but I'm afraid I did not feel well after taking it. I think I've become sensitive to some B vitamin, not absorbing it well. So I stopped taking the multi for now but I hope to order it again in the future as I believe it's an excellent product.
