Carry-On: All-in-One Wide Handle

Overpriced for what it is at the reduced price, never mind the full price listed before discount! The "cup holder" can't take the weight of a full large cup without bending, and it takes up too much space of the internal storage compartment area. The wheels feel like they won't take many more journeys through a city centre as they've already taken a bashing after one trip. The internal space looks like it should be huge, but it's tiny. I struggled to fit enough for 3 days away in summer, it will be even worse in winter with the need for heavier clothing. I think this is because the laptop space takes up way more of the internal storage than I expected - but that's on me. It was advertised as coming with free NOBLAir on the listing, which didn't arrive - I checked again after receipt and despite being shown on the listing page as included as a free gift, it does disappear from the basket after adding the case. Overall, very very disappointed and wouldn't recommend NOBL's. I wish I'd done my research first as there's a lot of negative feedback, and from what I've read, it's not worth bothering to try and complain - so I haven't, I've just written it off to experience!

The case arrived quickly, but the build quality is disappointing for £299 and feels overpriced. The free tracker listed with the product disappeared from my order and was not delivered. It also holds less than I expected. The laptop compartment takes up a lot of space, and with a laptop and iPad packed, I could only fit enough clothes and toiletries for a three-day summer trip. In winter, fitting bulkier clothing would be difficult. After just one trip through a city, the wheels showed noticeable wear, and the telescopic handle often failed to lock open properly. The standout feature is the soft-close grab handles. Overall, I don’t think the case lives up to the hype. The quality falls well short of what I’d expect at this price, let alone the full retail price of around £500. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, although other reviews suggest complaints are often ignored. I’ll see if that proves true.

It was obvious from opening the box that the case was too large for the overhead locker requirements for some UK airlines, specifically "Ryanair" but maybe others as well. Also, I found the cup-holder and the fold down lap-top compartment very flimsy, and I couldn't see how to load a power bank. All in all a disappointing experience. However, I have, after 3 weeks of emailing, managed to obtain a return label and I'm currently awaiting collection of the suitcase and am expecting a full refund. I should add that had the dimensions of the case been better advertised this would have been avoided.
