I normally wouldn’t pay this much from mascara, but it is a truly unique product. I absolutely love that. It doesn’t flake or smear and washing it off is so easy. I used to use a make up remover with a different brand of mascara and it irritated my eyes so horribly. It’s a major relief to have this tubing mascara roll right off in the shower without any trouble.

I love the products! The customer service is absolutely subpar. It’s so bad that I will actually never shop there again. I had clicked the box for the two free gifts with purchase on my phone, but I couldn’t get the app to work and allow me to check out. So I moved to my computer. Apparently, I didn’t click the two boxes for the free gifts so, when my box arrived, the free gifts were not in it. I contacted Customer Service via email and even shared with the rep, Joy, that, according to the FAQs on the Thrive website, as long as it was within the window, and the appropriate amount was spent, all a customer had to do is ask, and the items would be shipped to them. However, Joy refused stating that I could not have them because I did not add them to my cart. she said she would send my claim up the chain when I asked to speak to a manager. It’s been two days and I’ve heard from no one. They offer texting for a quick reply, as well as a form - so I sent the backstory to both - no reply.

Love the liquid lash extensions mascara. It’s a tube mascara so it coats the lashes - no smudging! It comes off with water- just splashing water or using a cloth. No raccoon eyes.
