This product was initially chosen in part because of the advertised lifetime warranty. An order was placed on July 31, 2026. After realizing the item might not arrive before a planned trip, I requested to cancel the order well before it was shipped out. Despite sending multiple inquiries on August 3, 5 ,8 and 9 across several channels—including email, Instagram, and the website's contact form—I received no response. While I am willing to return the item upon arrival, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company due to the complete lack of customer support.

Does not have hidden pocket as advertised. Can not located the usb port. No response from email or reply to phone call. There are no directions on the use of the TSA lock. NOT PLEASED AT ALL. UNABLE to return item
