Excellent company

Giving my son his first Loog guitar for his 3rd birthday next month! I ordered the wall hanger to go with it, and it got lost in transit when our box got damaged and had to be repackaged by the postal service. I reached out to Loog and they immediately sent a new one out with no questions asked! I am very impressed with the customer service, especially when it wasn’t even their fault it got lost! Been waiting for my son to get one of these since before he was born, and so excited to finally be a part of the Loog family!!!

Robust but dismountable ?

Good quality. As simple as possible. My only question is : how to dismount ? We HAVE TO put some glue on wood rodes to stick within. The consequence is that we put glue on the screw head. It would be hard to dismount.

Great little guitar!!!!

We bought the small red acoustic guitar for our two year old granddaughter because she’s been strumming on her Dad’s guitar…she’s so excited that she gets up early in the morning and gets back in bed with it!!!😆Thanks for accommodating the little ones!!!!
