Mouth watering greatness

Salted 15 min prior to searing on hot hot cast iron. I prefer to cut into 4oz portions and sear 60-70 seconds on each side. The quality and flavor experience is like no other beef in the world. Meat Artisan delivers the best of the best at a great price.
