Clean shakes have been a breakfast staple for me for 8 years. Definitely notice a difference when I don’t start my day with one. Highly recommend!

Daily shake for energy

When not on a cleanse, I feel more energized when I add a daily protein shake. Usually add frozen blueberries so I can skip ice cubes and add 1/2 banana for sweetness and walnuts for some crunch.

I loved the old formula!

The old formula was one and done for all vitamins, probiotics, protein. The unflavored made my GI tract so happy. I wish you still had all the vitamins in this powder. I switched to garden of life once the new formula came out, but it gave me bloating. I’m switching back. I like the 3rd party testing, but really miss the vitamins! I preferred them being in powder form, now I have to take a separate b complex and/or multivitamin.
